Happy earth day!

You can still pass me anything funny, helpful or interesting anytime whether you join the list or not!!!                              __________________________________   Earth Day, celebrated April 22, is a day designed to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth's environment.   Each year I try to send out something about earth day. I try to do my part every day but I know I can do better. Last year I figured we can start with the kids. They make good habits now they will have them a life time. I have found out that kids truly do as they see, not as they are told. No matter what I tell my kids and how they feel, it takes just one person to toss something from their car and then they do it. Their logic being all these adults are doing it so they stand no chance of making an impact with so many grown up screwing things up. There are actually 2 or 3 gyres where trash is collecting. This is also NOT a US problem but a global one. We have to face facts that we are a world of people not just our own country. We are many races, we are many creeds and many colors. We must stand together as a HUMAN race and take care of our "now" so that we can have a future that our kids can enjoy just as much as our "then"   Do something positive for earth day guys. Make one little change this month. Don't run the water while you brush your teeth. Change your light bulbs to the correct power saving ones. Look into adding just a few solar panels to your roof to run your air conditioner in summer. At the very least, please watch your packaging.
